Adobe Illustrator (Mac or PC), CS2 or below: Create outlines for all fonts.
Bitmap images placed or imported into the document cannot be accepted.
Macromedia Freehand (Mac only), version 10 and below: Create paths for all fonts.
Bitmap images placed or imported into the document cannot be accepted.

We CANNOT ACCEPT the following formats:
Corel Draw (all Corel Draw files must be exported - not copied and pasted - as Illustrator files)
No bitmap or raster image files such as Photoshop, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, or PNG.
